I am so excited about the curly styler!! I've been looking for a dupe for the Redken Curvaceous Ringlet Perfecting Lotion (my go-to before I went cg) and this is basically it! It has a thin, liquidy lotion texture, and I felt like I needed to use a lot to get an even coverage. I had to use quite a bit to feel moisturized, and since they're small bottle (8.5 oz each) I think I'll go through it quickly.

For my waves, it's great! The conditioner is a little thin, not enough slip for me, and I find I lose quite a bit of hair as I finger detangle. A little goes a long way, and I'm surprised that this is advertised for all curl types since it might be a bit dry for natural hair. Plop for ten minutes with t-shirt, then airdry with root clips Turn water off, comb more conditioner in and s2cĪpply styler with scrunching, scrunch with microfiber towel Rinse hair, apply shampoo, scrub roots and rinseĪpply a small bit of conditioner on ends, let sitįlip hair over, run under water and finger detangle

Each shampoo, conditioner, and styling product was 15$ each, and shipping was free for 75$+(my mom got the wavy set for her, and curly set for me).To reduce styling error in between the products, I did the application the exact same way. Their shampoo and conditioner applies for all 3 curl types, but they have a specialized styler for wavy, curly, and kinky-curly hair.

Original post where I compare Drugstore (left photo) and DevaCurl (right photo)- r/ recently received the LUS (Love Ur Self) Shampoo, Conditioner, and Curly Styler as a present, and, having reviewed my DevaCurl set, I thought I'd share my thoughts on it! LUS ships out of Canada, and their whole line is sulfate and silicone free.
